Returns
For online orders: If your purchase does not fit we will be happy to refund. As we are a shop we have plenty of experience in fitting lingerie and can help with sizing if you wish to exchange. We do not charge delivery on exchanges although it will be deducted if your exchaged item is returned.
Return the unworn item to us with tags still attached in the condition you received them in to the address below. This must be done within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. It is always a good idea to inform us before returning so we can look out for your return, you can do this by emailing us on
hgoodwin06@aol.com or calling our shop 01702 559244.
We do not refund on earings, breast enhancers, hosiery or postage.
PLEASE NOTE
Your briefs will be posted in sealed tissue with a sticker attached, once this sticker is broken or removed then no refunds will be given on the briefs unless the goods are faulty.
It is your responsibility to get your purchase returned to us in time we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels or delayed deliveries.
This does not effect your statutory rights
