For online orders, if your purchase does not fit we will be happy to refund as long as you inform us upon receipt of your purchase. Return the unworn item to us with tags still attached. This must be done within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. You can do this by emailing us on hgoodwin06@aol.com or calling our shop 01702 559244.

 We do not refund on postage, earrings, breast enhancers and hosiery .

 PLEASE NOTE

Your briefs will be posted in sealed tissue with a sticker attached, once this sticker is broken or removed then no refunds will be given on the briefs unless the goods are faulty.

All half size shoe orders will incur an admin charge of £10.00 this is because they are ordered in special for you as we only hold full sizes in our shop.
